- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1 stick butter
- 1 vanilla extract (generous teaspoon)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup whole buttermilk
- 1 pt. strawberries (washed, stemmed, and cut in half)
- 2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar (“sugar in the raw”)
