- 1/2 lb. pork (recipe above, diced, I used the other 1/2 lb of pork as leftovers later in the week)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger root (minced)
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- 4 scallions (chopped)
- 3/4 cup warm water (between 110F-120F)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. yeast
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
