This is a great simple recipe. My guests loved it! The only thing I would change is to use less batter and more berries as I thought the ratio of batter to berries was way too much. I ended up just skimming the berries off the base leaving much of the cooked batter behind. Next time I will double the amount of berries and use less of the batter. I also think 1/4 cup of butter would be fine vs 1/3 cup to save on some calories.
