- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 2 Tbsp. regular sugar
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup white flour
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups oat (flakes)
- 1/2 cup raisins (ground)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix the vegetable oil, raw sugar, regular sugar, water, egg white, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Sift the white flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl.

These are pretty good. I used Truvia Brown Sugar Baking Blend in place of the two sugars. Next time I'll use unsweetened applesauce in place of the oil but I didn't have any on hand. I would also recommend quick cut oats rather than the old fashioned oats I used, the texture was a little off.
