My husband said these were heavenly and I have to agree. Definitely making again!

I made this recipe pretty much as directed. I did substitute quick cooking steel cut oats for the rolled oats and added a little more pumpkin and a little less oil in proportion, maybe a couple of tablespoons. I thought these tasted very good. Also this recipe made 14 full sized muffins, not 12 and I needed to cook them about 20 mins.
