A good fall muffin recipe. To make it more fall-like, I used maple syrup instead of honey & used 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice in place of the other spices. Since I'm not a big fan of pumpkin-chocolate combination (& I wanted something more substantial for breakfast) I added chopped walnuts & dried cranberries instead of chocolate chips. The muffins turned out very light & fluffy. Next time I will garnish with pumpkin seeds (& perhaps add to the batter instead of walnuts.
