- 375 grams flour
- 250 grams whole wheat flour
- 21 grams yeast
- 13 grams salt
- 23 grams sugar

Directions
- Pour the water and olive oil into a large mixing bowl.
- Add half of the regular flour and all of the whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and sugar into the bowl.
- Mix the dough with an electric mixer at the lowest setting, adding the rest of the flour if necessary to thicken.
