I just made these during lockdown and I gotta say the recipe is a keeper. Notes: as many people are aware all purpose flour has been virtually impossible to find BUT I did have some who.e wheat flour that I used for dog biscuits. I had all the rest of the ingredients except for the peaches so I substituted ~ toasted pecans, coconut and raspberries. And they’re terrific! This is a super tasty, moist base that you can add anything to:)
