    These were fantastic! I had no applesauce and very little almond milk, and so I ended up substituting six pureed pears that had ripened on my counter, in addition to the three peaches called for by the recipe. I also used one cup of oat flour and one cup of whole wheat flour. I made them into mini muffins for my children's breakfast and they are fabulous! I don't know that they'll make it until the morning!
