    These were so good! I didnt have any honey, so I added a filling (blended 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese with 1 cup of blueberries) and it was delish!

    I liked it with a creamy inside (Greek yogurt, ricotta). Did double batch, recommend doing the single batch as it made many crepes.
