- 1 cup milk (or milk substitute, I used almond milk)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 large eggs (I use organic free-range eggs)
- vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- coconut oil (Extra, or ghee, clarified butter for frying.)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (unrefined, or natural sweetener of choice, I used coconut sugar)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice (or water)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (for thickening, optional)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (good quality 100%)
