- 1/4 cup light brown sugar

- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg (or a few scratches of whole nutmeg on a fine grater)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 1%)
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated carrot
- 3/4 cup fresh pineapple (finely chopped, or canned crushed pineapple, drained)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (I used nonfat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened, the kind in a brick, not lowfat, not whipped, not the kind in a tub)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
