Excellent crumb! Nice and light and airy. I could probably have it half as sweet, and I'd like to explore making it without egg using flax, but I'm curious as to what exactly a serving is. I find it hard to believe a slice of bread has over 400 calories.

Followed directions with no changes. Fell slightly in the middle but still had high loft and is delicious with a hearty crust.
