This bread was tasty, but it needs something to make it less dense. I added some Pecans, as the author suggests which helps the texture and flavor. If I make it again I will double the baking powder and see if it helps.

Excellent. I used little less cinnamon as i don't like it. It was great. My kid loved it.

I just made this for the first time and it was amazing! Will be adding this to the recipe book!
I didn't have any molasses so used Trader Joe's OrganicMaple Syrup/Agave Blend instead. I also used coconut oil instead of canola oil and greased my pan with it as well. The bread came out with a yummy banana bread-coconut smell!
The top of my bread came out cracked with a nice crunch. It's also a bit denser than regular banana bread. I loved it. Looked like some legit bread!
I made just a regular banana bread for the rest of the fam, and it's not nearly as yummy or pretty as the vegan one.
