My favourite apple muffin recipe so far. Replaced the buttermilk with 1/2 lemon yogurt and 1/2 sour cream, and the whole wheat flour with oats.

Awesome recipe! Very moist and yummy muffins! They also rise nicely over the muffin tin pan! I’ll definitely make them again!

Very moist and not too sweet, that is why the sprinkle of sugar in the top goes really well.

These are unreal, so good. I didn’t have buttermilk, so I used whole milk and they cooked for 20 minutes total instead. Turned out amazing.

They are still in the oven but look and smell awesome! I added raisins and walnuts plus a little milk as the mixture was too dry.
