    Great recipe definitely a keeper. Easy to make and delicious. I used it as a side to a bowl of marinated sautéed shrimp and soba noodles. Could easily be a main for a vegetarian.

    WOW! This is a great alternative to basic roasted cauliflower which I love. I followed the directions exactly, except I omitted the miso because I'm allergic, and roasted at 400 convection and it looked exactly as the picture. It has the perfect level of spice and flavor, but possibly too spicy for those who are sensitive and children. Next time I will add a small minced garlic clove and more ginger.

    LOVED IT! My hubby and I ate the outside preferring the "asian" flavour and my kids ate the remainder. Flavour improves overnight in fridge. Cuts like a cake and could be great for WOW factor at dinner parties!
