Flavorful, but not as much as anticipated. I’ll make a few adjustments next time. I boiled it with the lid on because the broth didn’t cover the cauliflower. Next time I won’t. It turned out softer than I’d like and didn’t carmalize on the top.

Used it for the vegetarian entree Christmas Day- simple, nice presentation and delicious...and I saved the broth for soup!

The result is a lovely presentation with bland flavor. I think it is worth the effort to cut the cauliflower into florettes so that all of it may become caramelized in the roasting process.
