    Used it for the vegetarian entree Christmas Day- simple, nice presentation and delicious...and I saved the broth for soup!

    The result is a lovely presentation with bland flavor. I think it is worth the effort to cut the cauliflower into florettes so that all of it may become caramelized in the roasting process.
