Great texture and flavor. Will be more adventurous now that I know it is easily adaptable.

I added extra things like 2 Tbsp coconut flour and 2 Tbsp Oat bran and 2 Tbsp Almond flour. I should have added another tsp of salt. It was moist and filling.
