Pretty good. I think the times may need to be adjusted more because small places on the bottom side of the chicken was not cooked all the way through.

Works really well! I love easy recipes. Cooking for one can be tedious, with no one to help, but I like things that taste good too. I used the 8-hour, low temperature method. Plenty of time for flavor to be imparted to the whole bird.

Juicy chicken and lovely seasoning. will try more meats in the slow cooker.
