Tasted good. Definitely a keeper. Will make it again. I sautéd in instapot and pressure cooked in the same. Came out well

Fantastic! They app and actual recipe differed a bit so I found a solid middle ground.

Terrific! The recipes and quantities are different in the email I first saw and the app, but I blended the two and made a successful chili!

We loved this recipe! Not sure why it’s called weekday chili—it still took me quite some time to full prepare (about an hour and a half). Definitely quite a bit of corn flavor, but I’d you do the spices right, it’s not too overwhelming. Similar to chowder as another reviewer wrote.

Really good! I love using the béchamel to thicken it. This is a great hearty creamy “stoup”. I think you can really have fun with your toppings to balance the richness I sprinkled on more chipotle powder, spire cream and cheddar on top , the pickled jalapeños are good, maybe some salsa verde... Fairly easy recipe. I had precooked and shredded my chicken to be used for this and another recipe so that made things a bit easier. I’d like to keep this meal in my regular go-to’s since the kids liked it (except my daughter doesn’t like corn).
