White and Dark Chocolate Blondie

Made with both white and dark chocolate, these blondies combine everything about your favorite chocolate chip cookie into a delicious bar. Made with exclusively brown sugar, these blondies have a rich caramel flavor. Add in your favorite dried fruit for additional flavor and texture. This recipe leaves the chocolate and dried fruit to be sprinkled on the top, however these elements can also be incorporated into the batter itself. Bake time for these White and Dark Chocolate Blondies is 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 125 grams butter
- 150 grams brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 grams flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 75 grams white chocolate (chunked)
- 75 grams dark chocolate (chunked)
- 50 grams dried fruits
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Coat a 15 by 25 cm. rectangular pan with parchment paper.
- Dice the butter into small squares and melt in a saucepan along with the brown sugar.
