This is easy to make, divinely delicious, and versatile if you're inclined to make variations. I have substituted dried cranberries for the raspberry jam and also done dark chocolate with marshmallows. The original is my personal favorite.
UPDATE: Great recipe, but the typo is still there. 5 1/2 tsp of vanilla is not correct. It's awful. I'd suggest 1 1/2.
