  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 tablespoons butter (chopped)
  • 6 ounces white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 30 squares graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (sweetened, finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. Grease a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan, with foil extending at 2 opposite sides for handles.
    2. Place sweetened condensed milk, butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook and stir for 6-7 mins or until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
    3. Process graham crackers to make fine crumbs; transfer to a large bowl. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Stir in cranberries. Pour into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap.
    4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until firm. Cut into bars to serve.
