Excellent!! I did decrease the white chocolate chips to 8oz and it was perfect. 12oz would’ve been white chocolate with some cookie dough and I still wanted a cookie in essence. Also rough chopped the cranberries and decreased to 1/3 cup. Everything else was spot on and they were moist and delicious. Shared a batch with my neighbour who texted to say they were fantastic. Great recipe! (Side note: silicon mat kept cookies denser and smaller whereas parchment paper on a cookie sheet spread them out a bit more!)
