These turned out great.. don’t freeze the butter and grate... total waste of time and messy. I used room temp butter and cut in with a pastry cutter or you could use a fork. Also I would suggest cutting them smaller than 16 pieces. They are really too large.

Made these according to recipe, but used less butter than the recipe called for and they were still too buttery/greasy for my taste.
