Description
The ultimate holiday coffee: white chocolate and egg nog are blended with coffee for the sweetest treat. Feel free to substitute soy/rice/coconut/lite nog for the regular.

- 1 cup egg nog
- 1 oz. white chocolate
- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- whipped cream (to serve)
- cardamom powder (to serve)

Directions
- In a microwave (or, if on the stove, in a saucepan), heat the egg nog to a scald, just under boiling. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, and let sit 4 minutes. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Divide the hot coffee in equal portions into two coffee cups. Top each one off with the egg nog/coffee mixture and garnish each with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cardamom powder.
