Fun take on enchiladas. Not spicy and great flavor. I roasted chicken thighs, allowed then to cool, and then tore them into pieces to use in the enchiladas. It made them a lot more moist!

I make this all the time but use cheese sauce in stead of the chicken broth sauce I just prefer that

Really easy and quite tasty! Appreciate that it doesn’t rely on store bought condensed soup.

My husband and I loved this recipe with a few adaptations. I added two tsp of taco seasoning to the chicken filling and used spinach tortillas. The additions gave it color and spice.

It was pretty good. I added salt, cumin and onion to the chicken and used 7oz chili’s and added chopped scallions. I used flour tortillas and corn would have been better.

Very good! I added a small amount of cumin to the sauce, but otherwise followed to a tee. I’ll be making it again!

I as always love this dish. I follow the instructions for the most part. I obviously added extra cheese and steak because I’m not a big fan of chicken right now so I used steak and it was absolutely delicious!

Really easy recipe. We added taco seasoning to the chicken and it added some more flavor.

I always add rotel (hot) to the top of mine . I don’t bake with it, I just add with sour cream to personalize it for me . Love this recipe !

This was a very easy dish to make and everyone loved it. It needed a little bit of seasoning so we added a little taco blend seasoning to the chicken as well as a little salt. Delicious!!!

It was soggy & bland. Green chillies didn't make it spicy at all. I followed the recipe but used chicken bone broth instead of regular broth. My teenagers did not like it at all but they're picky eaters. Should have read reviews & spiced it up & used something besides flour tortillas. Flavor was alright to me but needed some spices.

Used both corn and flour we like the corn a little better, great recipe we also used a 5ingrediant Mexican rice for a side, which we got the recipe from Yummly

It is creamy unlike other recipes I have tried which leave it dry. However, it would have been better with some kind of seasonings or spices.

So I started making this and realized I had no tortillas in the house. I ended up using plain crunchy tortilla chips. I figured it would be dry so I added a half brick of cream cheese to the chicken and cheese mixture. I layered the tortilla chips with the chicken and cheese mixture in three layers and then pour the sauce over the top. I happened to have taco seasoning cheese in the house and I used that only on the top. It is SO GOOD that I would do it all over again exactly the same!!

This was great. At turned out restaurant quality. Now I added a bottle of taco sauce and onions to the meat and cheese stuffed in the tortillas. I also added finely chopped onions and green pepper along with the home opinioner's in the sauce. Lastly I topped with some chopped tomatoes as a garnish. It looked beautiful and it was delicious

I made them one time before and it was a little bland. Made them again tonight and tried different things. Used hot jalapeño & habanero jack cheese instead of Monterey Jack to make it a little spicy and used fully cooked grilled chicken strips from the grocery store. My fiancé and daughter loved it! Definitely will be doing it again😊

This is CRAZY GOOD! OMG! Tonguegasim! Works so much better with hard taco shells though; I've made it with Enchiladas and it wasn't nearly as good as with the taco shells the next time.
