Mixed feelings on this one -- I liked it, my husband wasn't too crazy about it. Fairly easy and cheap. Needs a little more pizzazz though, I guess.

Great! I poached my chicken breasts in water and used the strained water with a little chicken bouillon for broth. Added chopped onions to chicken and topped with cilantro.

This is a favorite of the family I substituted the flour with gluten free flour and it comes out just the same

Cooked the chicken in the crockpot with chicken broth and taco seasonings. Broiled for a light browning of the cheese and it turned out very well. Definitely making it again.

I love the flavor of this! Although I used ground beef and mixed it with Blended green Chile before adding the cheese. (I bought extra diced green Chile and put it in the blender. I hate chunks.) It added more flavor and spice!

The flavors were great but the sauce didn't thicken like I wanted it to. I paired it with rice and salad the family liked it well enough.
Made it a second time and this time the sauce thickened well. Yummy.

Delicious, kids loved it. I had the ingredients at hand and wow! It was surprisingly easy. I adjusted the proportions for 3 tortillas and it was just perfect.

My husband said it was in his top 5 favorite dishes that I’ve ever made! I personally thought it was a little bland but I just added some salsa and loved it!

Really good blend of flavors. We like our Mexican food on the mild side so if you want something spicy you will to add your own hot seasonings to this dish.

Good. All my boys ate it & I've got picky eaters. Might consider corn tortillas & verde sauce next time.
