I added jalapeños from our garden during cooking. It was good. Not what I expected. Yummy though!

I love this recipe! I've made it countless times and it tasted amazing every time. The flavours work together really well.
The tortilla chips and jalapeño slices are a must in my eyes.
I preffer to either use less chicken or double the broth and cream cheese and I also make it without beans (mainly because I forgot them the first time, and it tasted great without them, so I haven't bothered since)

This was a winner. Great flavor. I added jalapeños instead of green chilies and omitted the red pepper.

This turned out delicious!! I also didn't use half and half because I was worried that it was going to have that milky aftertaste but to be honest I don't even think the half and half is necessary. the cream cheese gave it the right amount of creaminess, although mines was a little bit runny because I did add extra chicken broth oops on my part LOL the cream cheese still made it creamy enough.

Don’t use any bean substitutes because I used white kidney beans and they weren’t creamy enough and the skins were left. Also I used chicken breast. Next time I would shred a rotisserie chicken and use that instead as the chicken breast cubes made it a little bland. Not a bad recipe

The flavors came out amazing. Very balanced.
Even though I made the bean mash, the chili still didn’t come out as thick as I would have liked. I even added an extra 2oz. of cream cheese.
I’m guessing it needed to simmer longer than the 15 minutes called for after adding the broth step. (I actually did 20) to reduce the liquid a little more before adding the creams.

It was super easy and tasty and I will make it again. If you like a little heat, and I’m a whimp, you need to add more hot peppers, we couldn’t taste the peppers and we used the hot peppers.
