Warm, feel good food! A new do for chili! Serve with shredded cheese, crackers, or crispy tortilla strips.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded, may substitute with 1 lb chicken, boiled and shredded)
- 4.5 oz. chopped green chilies
- 2 cans great northern white beans (or cannelli, undrained)
- 1 can sweet corn (drained)
- 4 cups chicken broth (enough to cover ingredients)
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- pepper

Directions
- Shred chicken. Set aside.
- Chop and cook onions with butter and garlic on low, until onions are clear
- Add corn, beans, shredded chicken and chilies
