Fresh tasting and easy to make. Added some garlic powder, Dijon and feta and served with brown rice, loved it!

Thought this was pretty good, the lime makes a huge difference. Definitely a great lunch that will be on the rotation and easy to adjust to taste. I also added some avocado. Will be making again.
