- 1 bunch kale (stems removed and chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (more or less to your taste)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan (freshly grated)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (for finishing)
