- 2 cups vegetable stock (or chicken stock)
- 1/4 lb. broccoli (each, white cauliflower and Cheddar cauliflower, or any combination or type of cauliflower, like purple, or romanesco broccoli, too, the florets cut to smallish wedges)
- greens (all the, from the brassicas, coarsely chopped, or substitute any other leafy green, like kale)
- 1 cup navy beans (cooked until tender, or just tender)
- 2 Tbsp. roasted red pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp. white truffle oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pinch red chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- squirt (fresh lemon juice, optional)
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
