I did follow the instructions to a T, but I think I packed the kale too tight and there was too much in the soup. It has really good flavor, but for me, too much Italian seasoning. That's a personal preference though. I also added more lemon juice. Will make again!

Delicious! I added some andouille sausage and that worked really well too. Will be making again!
