- 2 cups arugula (chopped, about 4 oz., arugula is also called rocket or rucola)
- 1/4 cup green onion (sliced, scallions)
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Spike Seasoning (optional but highly recommended)
