- 6 medium potatoes (small/, I left the skin on, cubed and boiled separately)

- 6 carrots (chopped)
- 6 celery stalks (and the leaves if you're daring, they are good for you!, chopped)

- 1 Tbsp. parsley (dried or fresh)
