    Thank you for offering a hummus recipe without tahini. It's too expensive for my taste, and after making this hummus, I'm not even sure why it's necessary in so many other recipes! Very good with fresh carrots - had to add a couple tablespoons of water to get the right consistency, but perfect after throwing in the food processor. Rosemary bumps up the taste significantly.

    I didn't like how lumpy it was made with just a masher, but a quick pulse in my Magic Bullet made it thick with bits of bean still left. This is absolutely delish!
