- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 burger buns (fresh)
- sprouts (for garnish, optional)
- 2 cups cabbage (shredded or julienned)
- 1 cup carrot (shredded or spiralized)
- 1/4 cup pickled red ginger (Kizami Beni Shoga, pickled in plum vinegar, sliced into thin strips; OR 1 tsp freshly grated ginger)
- juice (of half a lime)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (gochujang, gradually add more if you want more heat * See notes)
