- 15 oz. pinto beans
- 2 1/2 cups v8 juice
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup roasted pepper (strips, from jar)
- 10 oz. frozen corn
- 6 chiffonade (green onions, cut for garnish when serving, optional)
