- 12 oz. wonton wrappers (square)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 strips bacon (cooked, cooled and chopped into small pieces, you can substitute 1 cup of bacon bits)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (real)
- 1/4 cup scallions (chopped)
- 1 egg (beaten with 2 teaspoons of water, egg wash)
- canola oil (for frying)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced or pushed through a garlic press)
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup Crown Royal Whiskey
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you like the glaze)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with 1½ T. of water)
