This was an amazing cookie to make, very little inexpensive ingredients and fast to make. My boys helped and loved the cookies.

Basic and simple recipe, but had no flavor. Will try wedding cookies, has all the same ingredients, just add nuts.

Made a very tasty batch with the ply comment that I had to put my shortbread in for half an hour. I don’t know if it was me or what but the end product was delicious

These are the best tasting cookies I have made not real big on sweets and these are perfect. They melt in your mouth so light.

Turned out very fluffy. Just melt in your mouth. I will make them again. Only problem is they are very hard to store without breaking.

The dough did not stay together I ended up adding a bit of water so I could roll the dough. I was successful in making the cookies but not at all impressed by the lack of flavor.
