- 1 1/2 cups tomatoes (chopped and seeds removed, I used Trader Joe's Mini Heirloom tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. basil (paste, you can substitute more fresh basil for this, but I like the flavor and texture it adds!)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 oz. goat cheese (I used Trader Joe’s Garlic & Herb Goat Cheese)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh minced)
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (you can use more/less based on how spicy you want it!)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- crackers (/Baguette/Veggies)
