- 2 sheets puffed pastry
- 1 egg white (whisked)
- almonds (sliced)
- sugar
- 400 mL whipping cream
- 200 grams sugar

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.
- Place one sheet of puffed pastry on top of the other, sticking them together with the egg white. Brush the top with egg white and sprinkle with almonds and sugar.
- Cut into sections with a pastry cutter and bake until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
- Whip the cream with the sugar until peaks are formed. Open the puffed pastry sandwiches and fill with whipped cream.
