- 2 Tbsp. ground flax
- 30 grams whey (scoops, or ¾ cup, protein, I used Whey Gourmet vanilla)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 4 egg whites (I used ½ cup carton egg whites)

Great waffles! Moist and not dry I put a smidgen of sucroluse for sweetness No syrup need!! I /2 the recipe and it made 8 mini waffles with my Dash waffle machine This is a keeper!! Oh and I didn’t have oat flour so I used my coffee grinder and ground up plain old fashioned oatmeal
