Description

- 200 grams whelks (boiled and shelled)
- olive oil (to taste)
- 3 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1 scallion (sliced)
- 200 mL coconut milk
- 1 tsp. saffron (from India)
- 1 tsp. English mustard
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. water
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
- mustard seeds (to taste)

Directions
- Wash the the whelks thoroughly with the shells.
- Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan, add the garlic and shallot, and cook until the shallot is translucent.
- Add the mustards, and whelks.
