- 2 chicken breasts (I used boneless the first time, this time I used bone in, you decide)

- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. italian seasonings (dried, or any dried herb)
- 1 cup chicken stock
