- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 green bell pepper (medium, chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 15 oz. kidney beans (no salt added, rinsed and drained)
- 14.5 oz. no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg. knorr rice sides - rice pilaf

Directions
- SEASON ground beef with salt and pepper if desired. Heat large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
- STIR in chili powder and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds, Add water, beans and tomatoes and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- STIR in Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Rice Pilaf; reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 7 minutes. Serve, if desired, with shredded Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack or Mexican blend cheese and corn bread.
