it is quick and easy to make. Next time I will use bananas that are more ripe.

Had to microwave for 4 minutes stopping it occasionally so it didn’t overflow. It was like a mousse more than a cake. Overall, it tasted quite good and the banana wasn’t overpowering the cocoa. I took it out of the mug, flipped it and covered it in a chocolate spread.
