    I add mushrooms and asparagus to the soup. We love this dish and make it regularly.

    We added extra pasta for a bit "more." It was quite a bit thicker at that point. More stew consistency than soup but you could always add more broth. Absolutely delicious flavor and SO easy to make!!!
