This was a huge hit with family,but next time I make it I would thicken the sauce. This then would allow the sauce to stick better to the meat. I also added a second can of diet coke as I found it didnt have enough of the cola flavored and a few drop of hot sauce but once that was done it was great. Will make again .

I have made this a couple times now my family loves it. Pretty easy to make, just for get how long it takes. I added a spicy cloeslaw to top the chicken on our rolls, the combination was great.

Awesome recipe! I even throw in some Tabasco to taste as well as Johnny Harris bbq sauce. This is delicious enough to eat by itself. Low in calories and high protein isn’t a bad thing either!
